After her year as chief resident at Stanford Medical Center, Dr, Jasan joined the orthopedic surgery department with the Permanente Medical Group at Santa Teresa Hospital in San Jose, where she practiced for six years.

Dr. Jasan schedules each new consultation to provide ample time for a thorough work-up and examination. She gets to know each patient individually, answering as many questions and concerns as the patient may have. The patient's overall physical health status and lifestyle are carefully reviewed with the patient before recommending and designing a course of action.
